I’ll admit it seems like everyone has a podcast, I mean just like everyone has a blog so who am I to judge?
I’ve become pretty selective because essentially I’m listening to your radio show. Do the topics you talk about interest me, make me laugh, give me insight? What’s its purpose? If they do any or all of these things, I’m guaranteed to be in a better mood because they’d have attributed to my weekly self care routine.
I don’t know about you, but I can’t listen to a podcast just anytime or anywhere. I have to be in the right mindset to listen to people talk for a long time or else it’ll remind me of a lecture. No bueno. I like to listen to these while I’m taking the train, hour long car rides, or while I’m cleaning. Here’s a list of some you should try if you haven’t already!
