Hey guys! What’s up? How’s the week going so far? Well, I won’t hold you long but I do want to talk a bit about the boba shop I visited last week. I gotta say,it was a pretty cool experience. 

Bubble tea is a Taiwanese tea based drink that usually contains a tea base mixed with either milk or fruit. A new shop had just opened up in Chinatown Philly called MIUCHA, and I figured why not? I really didn’t know what to expect because like what are the bubbles? What kind of flavor would I get? Will I love it? Many questions running through my mind, but with the help of a friend, I got the cream boba milk tea with bubbles... and I kinda loved it. It wasn’t super sweet, but also very satisfying. The bubbles are chewy tapioca balls and I would definitely get it again. It’s hard to explain because it tastes like a dessert, but you can clearly taste the tea, but without all the sugar. I mean I’m sure there is some sugar, but not all. You feel me? They have sooooo many flavors so maybe next time I’ll try another. 

I went with two coworkers both got Uji matcha tea, but one got it hot, the other got it cold. They were pretty impressed with it and of my coworkers is actually Taiwanese, so she knows her stuff.  

If you’re into bubble tea, I’d check this place out. If you don’t know if you’re into it, I’d still check it lol.
