They describe it as “A craftman’s ethic coupled with artistic culinary thought” and I agree. I came to this place a few weeks ago thinking it would be empty because the weather was horrid, but it was still packed and to me? That’s a great sign lol. To avoid waiting for a table, we sat at the chef’s counter and began browsing the menu. I had already seen pictures on Yelp, so I knew that I was cheating on my diet and getting fried chicken & waffles and a side of macaroni and cheese. It was life. First off, both the waffles and chicken had a slice of cheddar on 'em so already I knew I needed to order because I don’t want to miss out on my blessings. The mac & cheese was good too, not Grandma’s, but still tasty and the chicken was seasoned well and fried to perfection.
The food was great, our waiter was awesome, so overall just a great experience with good vibes. I definitely recommend to try this place out for brunch if you’re in the area.
